Return Policy
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt. The item must be shipped in the original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. Receipt must accompany the item. Call or email prior to returning an item for an authorization number. I will credit you for the amount of the item. Special orders are not returnable.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours via our contact form or phone.
I am able to ship most items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our pieces, this may not always be possible. If this occurs, I will contact you as soon as I can.
Shipping
I ship via USPS and all items are sent fully insured. Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders. I can only ship to US addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 days of payment confirmation.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact me prior to placing your order for additional costs and deadlines.

All orders come packed in a beautiful hand-made gift box.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and money orders.
If paying by check, please contact me for mailing information. Please include a copy of your invoice with your check or money order. Personal check orders will ship once the check has cleared.
All orders shipped within California will be charged a 7.75% sales tax when placing an order.
